Regina Margaret (Kraus) Irvin of Catonsville, MD passed away peacefully on May 1, 2022 at the age of 97. She was born in Baltimore, MD on August 22, 1924 to the late Catherine (Sebour) Kraus and Louis P. Kraus. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis W. Irvin and brother, Louis C. Kraus. She is survived by her daughter, Carol L. Irvin and her life partner, Kevin M. Beere, Marriottsville, MD; son, Robert L. Irvin ( Kathryn), Lake Bluff, IL; grandsons Christopher (Jennifer), Melrose, MA and Michael (Krista), Cincinnati, OH; four great grandsons, George, Frederick, Reed and Liam; and sister Carolyn Lang, Westminster, MD; and many nieces and nephews.

Regina raised her family with the love of her life, Lou and lived on Tugwell Drive, across the street from St. Joseph's where she lived the last two years. She loved her Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens, Ocean City, Shady Side, steamed crabs, duck pin bowling, and her grandparents summer home on the Magothy River. She was very proud of being part of the "Greatest Generation", but most of all, she loved her family.

The family would like to thank the staff of St. Joseph's Nursing Home for taking care of Mom over the past two years, and to Lyn Jones for her caring service prior to her move to St. Joseph's.

The memorial service will be held on Friday April 21st, 2:00pm at Salem Lutheran Church. Interment will be private.
