Mary Ives Pugh

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mary Ives Pugh announce her passing on July 17, 2023 in Catonsville, Maryland. Mary was born on June 19, 1938 in Virginia.

Mary was a loving wife to her husband Charles Dean Pugh, a devoted mother to her daughters Sheila Pugh and Susan McCready and her husband Ed, and a proud grandmother to her grandchildren Matthew and his wife Lindsay and Michael Teeters, Ellen Mundorf and her husband Benjamin, Kevin Teeters and his wife Meghan, and Mary Teeters. She was also a great grandmother to her great grandchildren Lewis, Weston, and Kelly Teeters, Turner, Walker, and Benji Mundorf.

Mary was a kind and gentle soul who was always willing to lend a helping hand. She was known for her unwavering faith and her ability to bring light and joy into any room. She was a woman of great strength and courage, and her legacy will live on in the lives of those she touched.

Mary was a lover of animals, especially her beloved cat Marvin, and she was passionate about giving back to the community. In her memory, donations can be made to BARCS and the Alzheimer's Association.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, July, 20th at St. Francis Episcopal Church, 2216 Pot Spring Rd Timonium Md 21093, at 11 am. Following the service we will have a wake at Matthew’s 1600 in Catonsville Md 21228.
