Irene Carole Blondheim

Irene Carole Blondheim, (nee Clisham), age 88, of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away, peacefully on March 10, 2024. She was the Beloved Wife of the late John S. Blondheim, devoted Mother to Colleen C. Heinbuch, Tracy L. Ballou (Husband, Lee) & Glenn A. Heinbuch (Wife, Jana) Loving Grandmother, (Mom-Mom) to Nicholas L. Ballou & McKenna L. Ballou. Also survived by Dear Sisters, Katherine (Gino) Giannotta, Lorraine Bowman and many nieces, nephews & cousins.

Irene had a Love for music ever since she was a child. Her lifelong Passion developed in a longtime career as a Professional Singer. Later in life she owned her own Karaoke’ business and did shows for Retirement Parties, Private Venues, and various Bar/Restaurant establishments. She was an avid Bowler and belong to many leagues. She loved to watch Golf, Figure Skating, Game Shows, and Dancing with the Stars. Her love of books and reading turned into a position at her local Library.

Her most Cherished title was being a grandmother. I remember when she was holding my infant Son and looked at me with tears in her eyes and said, Thank you. You would have thought she was the first person to become a grandmother, as that is all she wanted to talk about. Her babies, as she referred to them.

Per her wishes, there will be no formal service. There will be a private Celebration of Life to release her ashes on the beach, as she requested.

In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place, no one will ever fill.
