Er Nu Zhou

我们亲爱的母亲周二女女士于2023年2月6日（农历正月十六）安详离世，享年89岁。

1933年农历五月廿二，母亲出生于中国广东省广州市，在此地幸福生活60余年后，于1999年移居美国马里兰州。

母亲生前享受着四代同堂的天伦之乐。其与父亲（已逝）育有一个儿子及四个女儿（幼女已逝），膝下还有一个孙子、三个孙女及一个重孙。

母亲安静内向，关爱家庭，喜爱打麻将、唱粤剧以及享受各地美食。

母亲虽已离开，但我们对她的爱与思念永恒不变！珍贵的回忆永存心中！

Our beloved Er Nu Zhou passed away peacefully on February 6th, 2023, at the age of 89.

Zhou was born on May 22, 1933, in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. She has been living in Guangzhou for over 60 years and moved to Maryland in 1999.

Predeceased by her husband (Shaohan Ou) and her youngest daughter (Aiqun Ou), she was a devoted mother of Guizhen Ou (and her husband, Changzheng Cai), Gui Yue Ou, Songfa Ou (and his wife, Jianhao Huang), and Ai Ping Wong (and her husband, Tat Shing Wong); loving grandmother of Shiyun Ou (and her husband, Jiajun Yan), Ziqi Cai, Kenny Wong, and Ginny Wong; cherished great grandmother of Vincent Yan.

Zhou was a quiet, caring, and family-oriented person, and she liked playing mah-jong and singing along to Cantonese Opera. She was an adventurous foodie and always enjoyed her meals to the fullest. She loved cuisines from all over the world and was especially a dessert lover.

She was someone with a strong fighting spirit and lived a long fulfilling life surrounded by lots of loved ones. Her existence brought many people together and provided those around her with lots of beautiful memories.
